Produced by Iseral Degefa at the Bonde Washing Station in Kochere, Ethiopia, this coffee represents the work of more than 884 smallholder farmers who deliver their harvest to the station for processing. Grown at around 2,100 meters above sea level, Kochere’s high elevation and renowned coffee-growing conditions help produce the vibrant acidity, delicate florals, and tea-like character associated with the region.

This coffee undergoes a 48-hour yeast-assisted fermentation, using selected yeast to create a more controlled fermentation and enhance the coffee’s natural acidity and flavor. After fermentation, the coffee is fully washed and carefully sorted, resulting in an exceptionally clean and delicate cup with crisp acidity, pronounced florals, and a tea-like character.
